Our Promise

At Just Muds, every product is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. If your order reaches you damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine quality issue, we will help you with a replacement or refund as per the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, invoice, labels, and accessories should be available.
• For damaged or broken products, an unboxing video and clear photos are required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, washed, altered, or damaged-by-customer products are not eligible.
• Customized, made-to-order, or bulk order products may not be returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
• Products without original packaging or proof of purchase may be refused.

3. Refund In Hand

Refund in hand is available only for eligible offline/COD orders where our team confirms the return after inspection. Cash refund will be handed over only after the returned product is received, checked, and approved by Just Muds.

4. Online Payment Refund

For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method such as UPI, card, net banking, or wallet. Refund credit time depends on the payment provider or bank.

5. Refund Timeline

• Return inspection usually takes 2-3 working days after we receive the product.
• Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days.
• Bank/payment gateway settlement may take additional time depending on the provider.

6. Replacement Option

If the same product is available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement approval depends on stock availability and product condition verification.

7. Shipping Charges

If the mistake is from our side, such as damaged, wrong, or defective product delivery, return shipping support will be arranged by Just Muds. For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
